RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Unworn or untested
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

  2. We'll review your request and send you return instructions
  3. Ship your item to the address we provide
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please use a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 14 business days
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the credit

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopcrestora@gmail.com. We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you're in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, in original packaging). Please contact us to initiate an EU return.
